Four to five hour class, about an hour of cognitive learning with a lesson plan followed by three to four hours of psychomotor learning in the kitchen. Learn two methods for tempering chocolate and how to make fresh cream truffles from start to finish. Includes bottle of bubbly.
Informal chocolate experience, revolving around current production needs. Can often be tailored to specific interests. We contribute a bottle of bubbly and you are welcome to bring more, along with snacks, too. No corkage fee other than half a glass for the chocolatier!
The ultimate birthday experience. We provide non-alcoholic bubbly and memories to last a lifetime. Typically, kids make marshmallows, dip things and mould their own chocolate lollies. Generally designed for the 9-and-up crowd.
